Beta sponsored a team for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in October. Held in downtown Alexandria, Louisiana, the 4th annual Race for the Cure event raised more than $80,000 to fund research, detection and treatment of breast cancer. Beta’s team included 50 employees and family members who participated in the 5K.
The Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure series started in Dallas in 1983 and has grown to include a series of more than 140 races on four continents.
Beta Engineering provides (EPC) services for high voltage substations and transmission lines. For more than 40 years, Beta has brought expertise to the design and construction of high voltage power systems across the country. Beta’s staff includes electrical and civil engineers, project managers and substation designers.
