When the project began experiencing last-minute subcontractor and procurement challenges and the owner made last-minute changes to the capacitor bank design, Beta team members stepped up and completed all the remaining work and redesigned the capacitor banks. This enabled our customer to meet their deadline and their commitment to the interconnecting utility.
