Beta supported the Shelter of Hope for the Red Cross in San Diego. The program raises money to provide shelter to people in crisis and increases awareness about services that the local Red Cross provides in the community.
Earlier in June, Red Cross CEO Bill Earley lived in a disaster shelter and traveled throughout San Diego and Imperial Counties, popping up in some unexpected places. He shared the community’s story and reminded everyone that the Red Cross is available to provide help and hope every day.
The Shelter Of Hope effort was launched to Help Open People’s Eyes (HOPE) and raise funds for those in need throughout the year. It also brings awareness to the services the local Red Cross provides in the community with the help of its partners and supporters.
Beta Engineering provides engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services for high voltage substations and transmission lines. Working across the United States, Beta brings more than 40 years of experience to the design and construction of high voltage power systems, including GIS and FACTS projects. Beta’s staff includes electrical and civil engineers, project managers and substation designers.
