Pineville, LA: Beta Engineering is excited to announce Jordan Alford recently joined the team as Senior Executive Vice President. With nearly 15 years of leadership experience across operations, project management, and construction management, Jordan brings an expansive record of building high-performance teams and thriving workplace cultures for companies in the high-voltage and transmission industry – including two companies within the Crest Industries family of businesses. Jordan now leads our project management, engineering, and construction teams to help Beta’s clients succeed in an ever-changing and challenging industry, where demand can easily outpace resources.

“My whole career, I’ve been involved in building things – large scale, visible objects – and I love it,” says Jordan. “But what I’ve come to realize is that those objects are just a result of what I truly love the most – investing in people, building teams, and helping others find success.”

Jordan earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. In his most recent leadership roles, Jordan championed company culture and values while overseeing operations, leading management teams, and directing strategic vision toward shared success with partners, customers, and teammates.
