Beta Expands Business Development Team

To better serve our customers and our nation’s need for grid reliability, expansion, and renewable energy, Beta expanded its business development team. We added a new business development region, the Southeast, and adjusted the existing regions to enable more strategic support for our customers.

Chad Calvert now covers the Western region, which includes Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico. Chad has more than 20 years of experience in the mining and power industry as an applications engineer, key account manager, and global sales manager.

Keith Gusich now oversees the Northeast. His territory includes North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Rhode Island, Delaware, New Jersey, Massachusetts, New York, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Vermont, and Maine. Keith brings to the team more than 15 years of experience in proposals and business development in the high-voltage construction industry.

Nick Richard supervises the Southeast, including Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. Nick joins the Beta team with more than eight years of experience in the electric industrial supply industry, having previously worked for Beta’s sister company Mid-State Supply.

Sr. Business Development Manager Robb Landry will continue overseeing the South, focusing on Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
