Crest Industries, LLC, the parent company of a family of companies including Beta Engineering, has acquired Central Industrial Supply Inc. Crest’s 10 subsidiaries serve the energy, electric, petrochemical, industrial and forestry industries.

Based in Winnfield, LA, Central Industrial Supply is an industrial supply distributor primarily serving the pulp and plywood industries. Central has a solid reputation throughout the industry and generates over 90% of its revenue from repeat business. Crest Industries will continue Central’s operations in its Winnfield facility and will retain all current employees.
